Students will be accepted as space is available. For new students, a placement test will be administered for entrance to K5 through Grade 6 to ensure that each child is placed in an appropriate class, with children of similar ability and academic grade level.

Registration Procedure

The following items must be submitted:

  • A completed Student Application Form 

  • A signed Parent Agreement Form

  • Two recent passport photographs of the student

  • A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate

  • A copy of the applicant’s immunization record

  • A copy of the applicant’s most recent report card or transcript

  • Copies of Parent(s) valid work permit if applicable

  • A $30.00 Registration Fee for returning students (fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deductible). $50.00 after July 31st

  • A $50.00 Registration Fee for new students (fee is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-deductible)

  • Textbooks and supplies deposit of $100.00 for returning students by June 30th

  • Textbooks and supplies full payment due for new students enrolled in K3 to Grade 2 by June 30th


Note: An updated copy of immunization record must be submitted for returning K5 students to show that immunizations are up-to-date.
